准晶增强Mg95Zn4.3Y0.7合金ECAP变形组织分析
Study on Microstructure of Quasicrystal Strengthened Mg95Zn4.3Y0.7 Alloy Produced by Equal Channel Angular Pressing
【摘要】 采用普通凝固技术制备出原位自生二十面体准晶增强Mg95Zn4.3Y0.7合金,研究等通道转角挤压道次对合金组织及晶粒度的影响。通过扫描电镜、能谱分析仪和透射电子显微分析技术,确定了合金的凝固组织、相成分及二十面体准晶的结构。实验结果表明,伴随挤压道次的增加,硬脆准晶相破碎后弥散于基体相中;镁合金晶粒由原始20μm以上减小至5μm左右。
【Abstract】 In-situ synthesized icosahedral quasicrystal strengthened Mg95Zn4.3Y0.7 alloy was prepared by cast.The effects of ECAP passes on the microstructure and grain size were studied.The microstructure,composition and phases of the alloy were analyzed by SEM and EDS.The icosahedral quasicrystal structure was identified by TEM.The results show that,with the increase of ECAP passes,the icosahedral quasicrystal phases are squeezed and disperse in α-Mg matrix.The grain size of Mg95Zn4.3Y0.7 alloy decreases from 20 μm to 5 μm.
