中厚板中间裂纹的研究及预防措施
Research of Intermediate Crack in Medium Plate and Preventive Measures
【摘要】 通过金相观察、扫描电镜和能谱分析等检测手段,对有生产缺陷的铸坯进行分析。分析结果表明:铸坯中间裂纹的形成主要是杂质元素的偏析造成的,特别要严格控制S元素的含量;同时从炼钢、浇注、生产工艺、设备等方面进行系统的分析,发现它们对中间裂纹的形成都有不同程度的影响,并采取了有效的措施,使中间裂纹得到控制。
【Abstract】 The metallography observation,scanning electron microscope and power spectrum analysis were adopted to analysis cast blank with production flaw.The results indicate that the impurity element segregation results in the formation of intermediate crack in castings,the content of S should be controled strictly specially;in the meantime,the production flaw was systematically analyzed in the aspects of steel-smelting,pouring,production process and equipment,it can be found that these factors have different effect on the formation of intermediate crack.The effective measure was gained to eliminate the expansion of intermediate crack.
