B对ZZNAL4Y*锌合金显微组织和力学性能的影响
Effect of Boron Content on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZZNAL4Y* Zinc Alloy
【摘要】 研究了元素B对ZZnAl4Y*锌合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,元素B还可以与锌合金中的铝生成片状的AlB2,此化合物可以作为α-Al相有效的异质核心来增加α相的形核率,初生α相得到明显的细化,从而使ZZnAl4Y*锌合金的综合力学性能得到提高。分析认为ZZnAl4Y*锌合金中加入0.05wt%B元素时具有较好的综合力学性能。
【Abstract】 The effect of element boron on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZZnAl4Y* zinc alloy was studied.The results show that platelike AlB2 generates when boron reacts with aluminum in the zinc alloy,this compound can be used as an effective heterogeneity core of α-Al phase to increase the nucleation rate of the α-phase,so the primary α-phase can be refined obviously and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the zinc alloy improves.Based on the analysis and comparison,ZZnAl4Y* zinc alloy possesses better comprehensive mechanical properties when the addition of boron is 0.05wt%.
