双级固溶处理制度对7150铝合金显微组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了双级固溶制度(加热温度和保温时间)变化对7150铝合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,合适的双级固溶热处理可通过使可溶相充分固溶,减少再结晶的程度,为后续热处理做好组织上的准备;7150合金的最佳双级固溶工艺是:460℃×40min+500℃×30min,为7150铝合金热处理工艺参数的确定及优化提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 The influences of two-stage solution treatment process (heating temperature and holding time) on the microstructure and properties of 7150 aluminum alloy were researched. The results show that the two-stage solution heat treatment is ready for succedent heat treatment by improving dissolution of soluble constituents and decreasing recrystallization, and the optimal two-stage solution process of 7150 alloy is at 460 ℃ for 40 min and at 500 ℃ for 30 min, which can provide an evidence for the identification and optimization of the parameters of heat-treatment process for 7150 aluminum alloy.
