环保Bi黄铜棒反向挤压时各工艺参数的影响
Effect of Process Parameters on Backward Extrusion of Environmental-friendly Bismuth Brass
【摘要】 现场采用28MN反向挤压机挤压准φ23.2mm和准φ6.5mm的环保Bi黄铜棒,探讨挤压温度、挤压速度和变形程度等工艺参数对成形过程和产品质量的影响,得出适宜的挤压温度范围为670~710℃,延伸系数λ应小于550,此时金属流出速度可达3435mm/s。这为生产现场制订工艺参数提供了有利的参考数据。
【Abstract】 The environmental-friendly bismuth brass bars of φ23.2 mm and φ6.5 mm were extruded on 28 MN backward extrusion machine.The effects of process parameters on forming process and product quality,such as extrusion temperature,extrusion velocity,degree of deformation,were discussed.The results show that the optimum extrusion temperature should be between 670℃ and 710℃,elongation coefficient λ should be less than 550,so metal flowing out velocity gets 3435 mm/s.It gives valuable information for determining process parameters in production.
