低弹性模量Ti/W多孔复合材料的组织和力学性能

【摘要】 利用粉末冶金法制备了Ti/W(15wt%)颗粒增强多孔复合材料,对其抗弯强度和弹性模量进行了测试。利用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)观察了微观组织、断口形貌,并分析了它们与力学性能之间的关系;利用X射线能谱仪分析了Ti/W多孔复合材料中的元素含量和分布情况。结果表明,Ti/W(15wt%)颗粒增强多孔复合材料的三点弯曲强度为603MPa,弯曲弹性模量为26.4GPa;复合材料存在许多孔洞且孔洞内壁圆润光滑,这些均匀分布的孔洞是获得低弹性模量复合材料的主要原因。

【Abstract】 Ti/W(15wt%) particle reinforced porous composite was fabricated by powder-metallurgy.The bending strength and elastic modulus were tested.The relationship between fracture appearance and mechanical properties was analyzed.The microstructure of the composites was observed by environment scanning electron microscope (ESEM).Further,the content and distribution of Ti and W were analyzed by X-ray energy spectroscopy.The results show that,three points bending strength and elastic modulus are respectively 603 MPa and 26.4 GPa.The composite prepared by powder-metallurgy has many cavities,and the inner wall of the cavities is smooth.The uniform-distributed cavities of the composites cause low elastic modulus.
