基于KANO模型的知识型员工忠诚度研究
Study on the Loyalty of Knowledge Staffs Based on KANO Model
【摘要】 文章针对人力资源管理的现实需要,首先,借助质量管理KANO模型分析了知识型员工不同层级的需求;其次,引入"魅力因素"概念,遵循市场营销理念探讨了影响知识型员工忠诚度的因素内涵;最后,从内部营销的角度提出了提高知识型员工忠诚度的针对性策略。
【Abstract】 For the reality demands of human resources management, this paper analyses the demand of knowledge staffs at different levels with KANO model.Then it introduces the "charm factor" concept, and explores the factor connotation that impacts knowledge staffs loyalty following the marketing concept.At last it proposes targeted strategies that improve knowledge staffs loyalty from the perspective of internal marketing.
