【摘要】 目的探讨中医药治疗鼻咽癌放疗中口、咽黏膜副反应的疗效。方法68例鼻咽癌患者随机分两组,每组34例。治疗组放疗期间配合中医药治疗,对照组用朵贝氏液治疗。结果治疗组有效率为82.3%,对照组总有效率为44.1%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中医药对鼻咽癌放疗中口、咽黏膜副反应有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine on radiation-induced oral and pharyngeal mucosal side reactions in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Methods Sixty-eight nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 34 cases were treated with radiotherapy and Chinese medicine and control group in which 34 cases were treated with radiotherapy and conventional Borax Gargle.Results The total effective rate was 82.3% in the treatment group and 44.1% in the control group,with a difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine can obviously mitigate the radiation side reactions of oral and pharyngeal mucosa in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.更多还原
