电针足三里得气与否对肌肉收缩反应的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨得气在电针过程中的重要性。方法以相同电针参数刺激73例健康人足三里穴的得气点和2个非得气点,用生理仪测定和记录电针得气点和非得气点时小腿肌肉收缩力,并进行比较。结果得气点平均肌缩力为6.29N(牛顿)非得气点分别为3.76N和3.71N(P<0.01);男组得气点肌缩力为8.01N,女组为4.61N(P<0.01),得气点平均深度为2.73cm。结论得气与否影响电针肌缩反应强度;足三里得气点位于皮下2.73cm处,范围小于1cm;男性电针收缩力强于女性;电针肌缩反应可作为判断得气程度的参考指征之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the importance of qi arrival during electroacupuncture.Methods The qi-arrival spot and two non-qi-arrival spots of point Zusanli(ST36) were stimulated with the same electroacupuncture parameters in 73 healthy persons.The muscular contractility of the lower leg was measured and recorded by a physiological instrument when the qi-arrival spot or the non-qi-arrival spot was given electroacupuncture.The results were compared.Results The mean muscular contractility was 6.29 N(Newton) when the qi-arrival spot was given electroacupuncture and 3.76 N and 3.71 N(P<0.01) when the 2 non-qi-arrival spots were given electroacupuncture respectively.The muscular contractility was 8.01 N in the male group and 4.61 N in the female group(P<0.01) when the qi-arrival spot was given electroacupuncture.The mean depth of the qi-arrival spots was 2.73 cm.Conclusion Whether electroacupuncture at Zusanli produces the arrival of qi influences muscular contractility.The qi-arrival spot of point Zusanli is located at 2.73 cm under the skin and its range is less than 1 cm.The muscular contractility during electroacupuncture is stronger in the male than in the female.The muscular contractility during electroacupuncture is one of the reference indices that can be used for judging the degree of qi arrival.
