【摘要】 目的观察电针配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组60例和治疗组60例,对照组采用单纯膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,治疗组采用电针配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。两组患者治疗前后进行膝关节功能评分标准评分比较。结果治疗5星期后,两组膝关节功能评分值均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),对照组总有效率为88.3%,治疗组总有效率为96.7%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效优于单用膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to a control group of 60 cases and a treatment group of 60 cases.The control group received knee injections of sodium hyaluronate alone and the treatment group,electroacupuncture plus knee injections of sodium hyaluronate.Knee function scoring criteria scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The knee function scoring criteria score increased markedly in both groups after 5 weeks of treatment as compared with before(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 88.3% in the control group and 96.7% in the treatment group.It was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of electroacupuncture plus intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis is more remarkable than that of knee injection of sodium hyaluronate alone.更多还原
