【摘要】 目的观察耳穴贴压磁珠治疗血管神经性头痛的疗效。方法将50例符合血管神经性头痛诊断的患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例,治疗组予磁珠贴压神门、交感、肝、心、脾、肾、皮质下、额、枕、脑干治疗,对照组予口服西比灵治疗,两组病例均以30d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为60%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组血压下降明显(P<0.05);大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)平均流速变化明显(P<0.01)。结论耳穴贴压治疗血管神经性头痛疗效明显,同时有降血压作用,改善脑血流作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy for vascular headache.Methods Fifty patients diagnosed with vascular headache were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 25 cases and a control group of 25 cases.The control group took Flunayizine Hydrochloride Capsules orally and the treatment group received magnetic bead plaster therapy at auricular points Shenmen,Sympathetic,Liver,Heart,Spleen,Subcortex,Forehead,Occiput and Brain stem.Thirty days composed a course of treatment in both groups.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after one course of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 92% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group;there was a statistically significant between-group difference(P<0.01).Blood pressure fell significantly(P<0.05) and mean blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery(MCA) and the anterior cerebral artery(ACA) changed significantly(P<0.01) in the treatment group.Conclusion Auricular point plaster therapy has a marked effect on vascular headache.Meanwhile,it has the effects of reducing blood pressure and improving cerebral blood flow.更多还原
