【摘要】 目的:观察补肾活血法治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例慢性肾盂肾炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。治疗组给予口服补肾活血方,对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,两组疗程均为12周。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征的改变以及尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶（NAG）、视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）和β₂微球蛋白（β₂-MG）的变化情况。对临床痊愈者随访6个月,观察复发率情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为86.11%,对照组为63.89%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）;治疗组尿RBP、β₂-MG和NAG下降明显,其中RBP、β₂-MG明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）;治疗组复发率显著低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论:补肾活血法治疗慢性肾盂肾炎,可显著改善患者临床症状和肾小管功能,降低复发率,从而提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of kidney-nourishing and blood-activating therapy for chronic pyelonephritis. Methods:A total of 72 patients with chronic pyelonephritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with kidney-nourishing and blood-activating decoction,and the control group was treated with levofloxacin,both of them were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical symptoms and signs,urinary N-acetyl-β-Dglucosaminidase （NAG）,retinol-binding protein（RBP）,β₂ microglobulin(（β₂-MG） of the two groups were detected before and after treatment.A six-month follow up study of the healed cases in both groups were also carried out to investigate the relapse rate. Results:The total effective rate was 86.11%in treatment group and 63.89%in control group（P<0.01）.After treatment the urinary RBP,β₂-MG and NAG of treatment group decreased significantly,and there were significant differences in RBP andβ₂-MG between treatment group and control group（P<0.01）.The relapse rate of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（P<0.01）.Conclusion:Treating chronic pyelonephritis with kidney-nourishing and blood-activating therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and renal function,reduce recurrence and thus increase the cure rate.更多还原
