【摘要】 目的研究血吸虫性肝纤维化患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)与肝功能之间的关系。方法收集50例诊断明确的血吸虫性肝纤维化患者临床资料,以30名体检的健康人作为对照,分别测定血清IGF-1、肝功能、肝纤维化等指标。结果血吸虫性肝纤维化组的IGF-1高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。血吸虫性肝纤维化组的IGF-1浓度在不同肝功能Child-pugh分级中差异有统计学意义,Child-pugh分级越差,IGF-1浓度越高。在所有80例被检者中IGF-1与总胆红素(TBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)、间接胆红素(IBil)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)呈正相关(r=0.554、0.570、0.479、0.016,P<0.05),与血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)呈负相关(r=-0.257、-0.531,P<0.05)。IGF-1与透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)、Ⅲ型胶原(C-Ⅲ)呈正相关(r=0.580、0.655、0.542,P<0.05)。结论血吸虫性肝纤维化患者血清IGF-1增加与肝功能减退、肝纤维化程度相一致,可能与血吸虫性肝纤维化的发生、发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and liver function in patients with schistosomal liver fibrosis.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases(50 cases diagnosed with schistosomiasis and 30 cases from health examination as controls) were collected.The IGF-1 level,liver function and liver fibrosis indexes were detected.Results The IGF-1 level was higher in patients with schistosomiasis than in the controls(P<0.05).The IGF-1 level in patients with schistosomiasis was correlated with liver function Child-pugh classification.The IGF-1 level was positively correlated with the levels of total bilirubin(TBil),direct bilirubin(DBil),indirect bilirubin(IBil) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)(r=0.554,0.570,0.479,0.016,P<0.05),and was negatively correlated with the levels of serum total protein(TP) and albumin(Alb)(r=-0.257,-0.531,P<0.05).The IGF-1 level was also positively correlated with hyaluronic acid(HA),type Ⅳ collagen(C-Ⅳ) and type Ⅲ collagen(C-Ⅲ)(r=0.580,0.655,0.542,P<0.05).Conclusions The serum IGF-1 level increases in patients with schistosomiasis,and this level increases with hypohepatia and the progression of liver fibrosis.The IGF-1 might be involved in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis.更多还原
