【Abstract】 At the wave of the knowledge-based economy,knowledge-based enterprises are the most representative of the knowledge-based economy society types of enterprises.The core of management of such enterprises is knowledge management.Knowledge management is today’s hot topic in the management circles.Particularly tacit knowledge management has become an important source for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage.This article,based on an analysis of knowledge-based enterprises,points out the significance of and path to tacit knowledge sharing.It also explores appropriate measure to share tacit knowledge so as to overcome impeding factors and obstacles.更多还原
