【摘要】 为了探究本土企业长寿(可持续发展)的原因,本文通过454份来自"长三角"与"珠三角"地区国有企业和民营企业的问卷调查,检验全球金融危机之后本土企业与利益相关者关系及其绩效的关系。结果发现,国企比民企的可持续发展能力更强;维持良好的利益相关者关系(顾客、股东、社会)是企业在危机中获取良好绩效、达到可持续发展的主要影响因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article explores the longevity/sustainable development factors of Chinese local enterprises using a sample of 454 questionnaires from the State-Owned Enterprises(SOEs) and private ones in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.The sample tests the relation between the firms’ performance and the relationship with their interest-related partners after the global financial crisis.The findings indicate that SOEs have more sustainable development competences and that a good relationship with their interest-related partners,especially with their customers,stakeholders and society are the key factors of high performance in the crisis.更多还原
