【摘要】 对93份崇明金瓜种质生长和果实性状进行研究,揭示金瓜生长及果实性状的相关性,并通过聚类分析获得优质种群。结果表明:供试材料生长及果实性状的平均变异系数为12.40%,其中单瓜重的变异系数最大,为26.31%,子叶长/宽的变异系数最小,为5.58%。聚类分析可将93份崇明金瓜种质分为三类,其中第Ⅲ类为优质种群。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to reveal the correlation of growth and fruit characters of Chongming golden melon and obtain the best group,the growth and fruit characters of 93 Chongming golden melon germplasms were studied through cultural experiments.The results showed that the average variation coefficient of growth and fruit characters of the tested germplasms was 12.40%,the variation coefficient of fruit weight was the greatest,or 26.31%,and that of cotyledon length-width ratio the least,or 5.58%.The clustering analysis indicated that the tested germplasms could be divided into 3 groups and Group 3 was the best.更多还原
