【摘要】 根据《科学引文索引》(SCI)、《工程索引》(EI)、《科学技术会议录索引》(ISTP)这三大国际权威检索工具及《医学索引》(MEDLINE)和《中国科技论文与引文数据库》(CSTPCD)提供的数据,统计、分析了上海交通大学在1999~2008年度被SCI、EI、ISTP等收录的科技论文情况.结果表明,上海交通大学在这10年里不仅各类科技论文实现快速增长,而且论文质量明显提高,学术影响力在不断提升;但与哈佛大学、清华大学等国内外知名大学相比,仍有一定差距,在提高SCI论文的数量和质量方面依然任重而道远.更多还原

【Abstract】 Science Citation Index(SCI),Engineering Index(EI) and Index to Scientific and Technical Proceedings(ISTP) are internationally distinguished retrieval systems which are globally recognized systems for statistical analysis of scientific papers.By means of these systems,and along with MEDLINE and CSTPCD(Chinese Science and Technology Papers and Citation Databases),the scientific papers of Shanghai Jiaotong University cited by SCI,EI,ISTP,etc.between 1999 and 2008 were statistically analyzed.It was found that during this period,the scientific papers of Shanghai Jiaotong University increased dramatically and the quality of the papers improved greatly.However,compared with Tsinghua University and Harved University,Shanghai Jiaotong University still has a long way to go in increasing both the quantity and the quality of scientific papers,thus,some suggestions were proposed.更多还原
