展成法球面磨床的几何误差补偿
Geometrical Error Compensation in Propagated Spherical Surface Grinding System
【摘要】 利用多体系统运动学理论,通过变换矩阵方程,分析了系统中的移动副误差、转动副误差和正交误差原理.针对展成法球面磨削系统的结构与加工方式的独特性,提出了虚拟磨削点,建立了球面磨削系统的空间误差模型,并通过激光干涉仪进行了几何误差的测量.利用软补偿方法进行实验验证的结果表明,经过几何误差补偿后的球面加工精度有显著改善.
【Abstract】 Kinematics theory of a multi-body system was used to analyze translational joint error,rotational joint error and quadrature error in the spherical grinding system.This paper proposed a virtual grinding point method based on the feature of the process,and the feasibility as well as effectiveness of this method were also demonstrated.A volumetric error model of the grinding system was built up,and the corresponding value of the geometrical error was measured through a laser interferometer.Finally,a software compensation method was employed to validate the model.The experimental results show that the spherical surface grinding precision is significantly improved by geometrical error compensation.
