【摘要】 目的:采用HPLC法测定小苦苣菜水提取物中木犀草苷的含量。方法:HPLC法,Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.5%冰乙酸水溶液(20∶80);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:350 nm。结果:木犀草苷含量在0.119 2~0.953 6μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.94%,RSD=1.13%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,可靠,可用于小苦苣菜药材的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine galuteolin in water-extract of Ixerlidium chinense(Thunb.)by HPLC.Method: HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis of galuteolin in the sample.The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column with a mixture of acetonitrile-0.5 % acetic acid glacial(20∶80) as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 350 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result: The linear range of galuteolin was 0.119 2 μg-0.953 6 μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 98.94%,RSD = 1.13%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple,reliable and good in determining galuteolin in Ixerlidium chinense(Thunb.).更多还原
