【摘要】 目的:观察翳风穴刺络放血加针刺治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:65例急性期周围性面瘫患者采用翳风穴刺络放血加针刺疗法。翳风穴刺络放血每日治疗一次,治疗5天后停用;针刺每日治疗一次,每次留针30 m in,每周治疗5天,1月为1疗程。结果:总有效率为98.5%,痊愈率为66.2%。提示:翳风穴刺络放血加针刺治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of venesection and bloodletting in Yi-feng acupoint and acupuncture on acute peripheral facial paralysis.Method: 65 cases with acute peripheral facial paralysis were treated with venesection and bloodletting in Yi-feng acupoint as well as acupuncture.Venesection and bloodletting in Yi-feng acupoint was applied once a day and stopped using after 5 days.Acupuncture was done once a day,and stayed in for 30 minutes every time,5 days per week.A course of treatment included 1 month.Result: The total effective rate was 98.5%,and the cure rate was 66.2%.Conclusion: Venesection and bloodletting in Yi-feng acupoint and acupuncture have good effect on acute peripheral facial paralysis.更多还原
