【Abstract】 On March 5,2010,U.S.Department of Education issued National Educational Technology Plan in 2010,which advocated the establishment of 21st Century personalized optional learning model.The plan has proposed the strategy of educational development powered by technology:the strategic application of information technology to the entire education system,set goals and put forward recommendations for the five key areas of learning,assessment,teaching,infrastructure and education productivity.更多还原
