【Abstract】 From the beginning of university-industry cooperation,there is almost over half a century.In the development process,university-industry cooperative mode has its own characteristics in different times,different companies,different regions,different countries.However,generally speaking,cooperative mode is always developing from short-term to long-term,from loose to tight,from one-way flow of technology toward two-way flow.Through the investigation on the cooperative subjects,cooperative process,cooperative method,cooperative motives,cooperative trends,this article summarizes the development path of university-industry cooperation,and further puts forward the upgrading and evolution road of universityindustry cooperation from from extensive to intensive transformation.更多还原
