【摘要】 目的:研究中药制剂益气方对环磷酰胺(CY)化疗小鼠红细胞减少症的治疗作用,筛选益气方最佳用药剂量。方法:50只ICR小鼠随机分为模型组、正常对照组、益气方高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组。各治疗组小鼠分别灌胃给药,正常对照组与模型组小鼠灌服等容量生理盐水,连续15 d。从第8天起模型组与各治疗组小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺80mg/kg,连续3 d,正常对照组小鼠注射等体积生理盐水。检测各组小鼠红细胞膜C3b受体花环率、免疫复合物花环率及红细胞、血红蛋白、血清红细胞集落刺激因子水平,观察益气方对CY化疗小鼠红细胞减少症的治疗作用。结果:①与正常对照组比较,其余各组小鼠体重降低。②与模型组比较,益气方各组小鼠血液中红细胞、血红蛋白含量增加,红细胞膜上C3b受体显著升高,免疫复合物花环率明显降低,红细胞集落刺激因子浓度升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:益气方可改善化疗所致小鼠红细胞减少症,以益气方中剂量治疗组疗效最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate therapeutic effect of Yiqi formula on aglobuliosis model rats induced by cyclophosphamide(CY),and select the optimal dosage.Methods:50 ICR mice were randomly divided into model group,normal control group,Yiqi formula high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group.Mice in treatment groups were intragastrically administered for continuous 15 d,mice in control group and model group were given equal volume of normal saline.8 days after administration,mice in model group and treatment groups were intraperitoneally injected CY 80 mg/kg for continuous 3 d,mice in normal control group were injected with saline.The therapeutic effect of Yiqi formula on aglobuliosis model rats was observed by detecting the levels of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette,immune complex rosette,red blood cell,hemoglobin and erythrocyte colony-stimulating factor.Results:①Compared with normal control group,body weight of mice in other groups was reduced.②In treatment groups,the levels of red blood cell and hemoglobin,erythrocyte C3b receptors rosette,erythrocyte colony-stimulating factor were significantly increased,immune complex rosette level was significantly decreased compared with those in model group,the difference had statistics significance(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The results suggest that Yiqi formula has therapeutic effect on aglobuliosis model rats induced by cyclophosphamide,and medium dose of Yiqi formula has the best therapeutic effect.更多还原
