【摘要】 近年来,陕西省农村中小学布局调整取得了可喜进展,但是由于人口出生率的下降、城镇化建设步伐加快、农村基础教育设施薄弱对于学生吸引力不够、部分家庭经济困难、政府财力有限等原因造成农村学校依然普遍存在"散、小、弱"的现象。为此,政府部门需要提高认识,加大投入,实施寄宿学生生活费由政府包干,适当给予交通补助,实事求是地做好农村中小学布局调整工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,Shaanxi adjusting the distribution of rural primary and secondary school has made great progress.But the combination of the declining birth rate,the acceleration of the urbanization construction,the poor attractive education facilities,and economic difficulties has led to the scattered,small and weak phennomenon in rural schools generally.Therefore,the government needs to improve understanding and increase investment,be solely responsible for the living need of the lodging students,give transport allowance.And all of these will contribute to adjust the distribution of the rural primary and secondary schools.更多还原
