【摘要】 本文通过对陕西省6个城市的7所高师院校音乐教育专业420名在校学生及在职进修的60名中小学一线教师进行关于音乐教师教育的发展现状的问卷调查及晤谈,从入学质量、培养目标、课程设置及高校师资建设等方面分析了阻碍音乐教师教育的发展的不利因素,并提出推进其发展的相应对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article adopts 420 students and 60 in-service music teachers from seven colleges in six cities to investigate the development of music teachers,analyses the obstacles from school quality,training goals,curriculum and facutty development,and provides some countermeasures.更多还原
