节段性骨缺损修复过程中几种微量元素含量的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨节段性骨缺损修复过程中,微量元素钙、锌、镁、铜含量变化的规律。方法取7只雄性新西兰大白兔尺桡骨制成长1.5 cm脱钙骨基质、深低温冷冻骨、深低温冷冻脱钙骨基质84枚,之后进行不同的构建后分别移植于40只同种大白兔双侧桡骨相同长度骨缺损处(随机分为四组,80肢共8组,其中10肢不移植任何材料作为空白对照组),于术后1、2、4、8、12周各组分别杀死2只,于移植区取材进行X线、组织学切片、微量元素测定等检查,并对结果行统计学分析。结果a)除空白对照组骨缺损未愈合外,其余各组均骨性愈合。b)骨缺损修复后第2周末,缺损区钙、镁、锌达峰值,到第4周末钙、镁降至谷底,而锌仍维持峰值。然后三者共同上升,至第8周末均达第2个峰值,之后钙、镁轻度下降,而锌轻度上升。c)铜在骨缺损修复的头4周内一直稳定在低水平,之后开始轻度上升,8周末开始明显上升,至第12周末达其峰值。结论a)钙作为评价成骨活性大小的指标,取材应有时间限制;b)骨锌、镁值可能是有用的评价骨缺损修复材料成骨活性的指标;它们值低,成骨活性高,值高则成骨活性低;c)骨铜值不宜作为评价骨缺损修复材料成骨活性的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the variational regular rule of microelement(calcium,zinc,magnesium,copper)in the process of restoration of segmental bone defect.Methods Took ulna and radius of 7 masculine New Zealand rabbits to execute decalcified bone matrix(DBM),profound hypothermia refrigeration bone(PHRB) and profound hypothermia refrigeration DBM.All of them were 1.5 cm long and the number was 84.They were transplanted into the defects of middle superior segment of radius each after different construction and the length of defects were 1.5 cm either.The 40 homolotous rabbits were randomized into 4 groups and their 80 forelimbs were subdivided into 8 sub-groups.10 of forelimbs were transplanted none and treated as blank control group.The last step was killing 2 rabbits partly at 1,2,4,8,12 weeks after implantation each groups and drawing materials to detect indes of X-rays,slice of histology and content of metal element of callus.The results of microelement were analyzed with statistics.Result a)Every group all healed up except blank control group.b)At the end of second week,calcium,magnesium and zinc went to peak value,then calcium and magnesium fell to low-water mark but zinc held its peak up at the end of the fourth week.Next they all rise and all got their second peak,after that calcium and magnesium fell gently and zinc rise gently either.c)Copper kept low level at the first 4 weeks and then rise gently.At the end of 8 weeks Copper rise obviously and got to its peak at the end of 12 weeks.Conclusion a)Drawing materials should abide time limit when calcium regarded as index of estimating osteogenesis ability.b)Calcium and magnesium of bone maybe were useful index to estimate osteogenesis ability.If their value was low,the osteogenesis activity of material was high and vice versa.Of course the verdict need to be verified further.c)Copper of bone should not be regarded as index to evaluate osteogenesis ability.
