【摘要】 目的探讨应用球囊进行后凸成形术治疗后壁破裂的椎体爆裂性骨折的可行性和疗效。方法39例椎体压缩性骨折后壁破裂但无神经损伤的老龄骨质疏松患者,在C型臂X线机监视下经椎弓根穿刺建立工作通道,放置球囊扩张、复位、注入骨水泥强化椎体。结果39例患者均顺利完成手术,背痛明显减轻或消失,无神经损害症状或体征,X线片显示伤椎高度基本恢复,cobb角由术前的(25.20±4.2)°矫正至(8.6±5.2),°CT显示骨水泥无渗漏,后壁骨块不同程度复位。结论球囊可应用于后壁骨折的椎体爆裂性骨折,近期疗效明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and indication of balloon Kyphoplast in the treatment of aged osteoporotic spinal fracture with cracked posterior vertebral body wallMethod 39 aged osteoporotic spinal fracture with cracked posterior vertebral body wall were encountered balloon Kyphoplast under C armed imaging guiding.All cases have no myelopathy.The precedure involved one lateral or bialateral insertion of inflatable balloon,fracture reduction and fulfilling bone cement.Results All patientsgo through the procedure well with remarkable and immediate relief of their back pain.No complications occurred.It was confirmed by CT that no cement leaked into the epidural.The height restoration of vertebral was comfired by x-ray afterprocedure.The mean Kyphosis was improved from(25.2±4.2)° to(8.6±5.2)°.The bone mass in posterior veterbral body wall was reducted to some extent expectively.Conclusion The balloon Kyphoplast can be used to treat aged osteoporotic spinal fracture with cracked posterior vertebral body wall.The short term clinical result is satisfactory.更多还原
