【摘要】 目前,我国框架结构填充墙中,广泛应用轻骨料混凝土小型空心砌块和加气混凝土砌块。但是这种块材也存在材料强度较低、干燥收缩较大、砂浆易黏结不牢等缺点。极易出现墙体开裂、不均匀沉降、渗漏等质量问题。根据工程实践,从材料选用、砌筑工艺、质量标准、构造柱、芯柱、冬期施工等方面,总结了框架填充墙砌筑的施工质量控制要点。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,during filler wall construction of frame structure,small light-aggregate concrete hollow block and aerated concrete block are applied extensively.However,these kinds of blocks has low strength,great dry shrinkage and difficult bonding with mortar,so it is easy for cracking,uneven settlement and leaking.According to some engineering practice,from the aspects of choosing material,masonry technology,quality standard,structural column,core column and construction in winter,construction quality control keys are introduced.更多还原
