多支护形式在保护邻近基坑建筑物中的应用

【摘要】 通过济南市某基坑工程实例,介绍了采用土钉墙、预应力锚杆、人工挖孔灌注桩等复合支护结构对邻近基坑的建筑物及地下管网实施保护的设计方案和施工技术,有效控制了建筑物变形,取得了理想效果,同时降低了成本,缩短了工期。

【Abstract】 In this article,the authors introduce the design and construction technology of an engineering work in Ji’nan that protect the buildings and underground pipes nearby the foundation excavation.The work is carried out by a compound support technique of soil nailing wall,prestressed anchor bar,and bored piles.The buildings deformation is controlled effectively and good effect is obtained.Synchronously,it can help engineers lower costs and shorten construction time.
