武汉火车站中央站房钢结构施工过程模拟分析
Numerical Simulation Analysis of Wuhan Railway Station Steel Structure Construction
【摘要】 结合武汉火车站大跨度空间双曲网壳结构,模拟了考虑几何非线性效应和时变效应影响的施工内力分析过程,并研究了施工阶段大跨度空间网壳结构的施工荷载、材料特性和边界条件等因素对其施工过程内力的影响。通过对武汉火车站钢结构分阶段施工和分区域卸载的全过程进行模拟计算,并与整体卸载进行比较和施工的全过程监测,验证了武汉火车站钢结构工程分区域卸载施工方案的可行性和优越性。
【Abstract】 Combing with long-span space hyperboloid reticulated shell structure in Wuhan Railway Station,the authors simulate construction internal force analysis process under the consideration of geometrical nonlinearity effect and time-varying effect and research the influence of construction load ,material performances and boundary conditions on structure internal force of the space reticulated shell structure on construction stage.By whole process simulation and calculation on construction by stages and unloading by regions of steel structure in Wuhan Railway Station,and comparing with whole unloading and construction whole process monitoring ,the authors verify feasibility and superiority of construction scheme of unloading by regions of steel structure engineering in Wuhan Railway Station.
