锚管复合土钉支护技术在砂卵石地层深大基坑中的应用

【摘要】 北京国美商都属深大基坑支护工程。考虑到场地四周空阔,基坑土层以砂卵石地层为主,密实度高,具有放坡条件,总体采用锚管复合土钉墙支护。介绍支护结构组成、结构及施工工艺。通过现场试验,对基坑的水平位移以及锚管(土钉)的受力特性进行分析。结果表明基坑的水平位移很小,满足设计需求;土钉受力随施工进度逐渐增大,尤其是退台的设置会引起退台效应,从而起到减荷和使应力重分布的作用。

【Abstract】 Beijing Gome Shopping City belongs to deep and large foundation excavation engineering.Considering conditions of the project such as wide surrounding building and dense sand-gravel stratum,anchor pipe composite soil nailing is adopted as support structure.Composition,structure and construction technology of the support structure are introduced.Field investigation of horizontal deformation for foundation excavation and force characteristics for soil nailing are done.The result indicates that the horizontal deformation is small,which can meet design requirement;the tensile force of soil nailing grows with the construction process,especially at the backslide,which causes backslide effect and changing of stress distribution.
