【Abstract】 Based on the research and analysis of drivers’ selective behaviors in parking lots,a fuzzy controller for fee rates in parking lots was proposed by the fuzzy theory and then used in practice.Compared with the traditional a flat fee management in parking lots,the fuzzy controller with charateristics of conducting intelligent,accurate and feasible controlling can be used to decrease congestion demands during the peak parking.更多还原
