轿车液压挺杆挤压工艺设计及数值模拟
Extrusion Process Design and Numerical Simulation of Car Hydraulic Tappet
【摘要】 采用等温挤压成形工艺制造液压挺杆,并结合刚塑性有限元软件进行了相应的数值模拟分析.通过分析成形过程中的应力应变载荷以及摩擦等因素,确定了合理的工艺加工参数.
【Abstract】 The isothermal extrusion forming process was adopted to produce the hydraulic tappet,and rigid-plastic finite element software was used for numerical simulation analysis.Based on the analysis of factors such as the stress-strain load and friction,resonable processing parameters were proposed and determined.
