【摘要】 对粉煤灰进行造球和高温焙烧可使粉煤灰成为密度小而压缩强度大的超轻质球团块。采用正交试验法研究了用粉煤灰生产超轻质球团块的影响因素,确定了最佳试验条件。在此基础上进行补充试验,得出在黏土质量分数4%、焙烧温度1 100℃、焙烧时间10 min、硼酸加入量0.005%的条件下,可以制得符合要求的粉煤灰超轻质球团块。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the advanced pelletizing and sintering technology,fly ash can be made into pellets by roasted and processed with low density and high compression strength.Through orthogonal test,the influencing factors on production super light pellets using fly ash was examined.The optimum experimental conditions was determined.On this basis,an additional experiment was tested.The results show that under the conditions of clay content of 4%,roasting temperature of 1 100 ℃,roasting time of 10 min and boracic content of 0.005%,the super lightweight pellet in accordance with requirements can be obtained.更多还原
