白竹炭粘胶/粘胶/棉混纺纱的生产实践
Production practice in spinning white bamboo-carbon Viscose fiber/Viscose fiber/cotton blended yarn
【摘要】 为了纺制白竹炭改性粘胶纤维与普通粘胶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱,针对各种纤维的性能特点,采取用白竹炭粘胶、粘胶纤维、棉纤维分别制条的纺纱工艺,并通过工艺试验,分析了纺纱工艺参数对成纱质量的影响,探讨了提高混纺纱质量的措施。
【Abstract】 In order to spin yarns made of modified white bamboo-carbon Viscose fiber blended with ordinary Viscose fiber and cotton fiber,spinning process by means of making silvers of white bamboo-carbon viscose fiber,ordinary Viscose fiber and cotton fiber respectively is adopted based on their characters of the fibers.Influence of spinning parameters on formed yarn quality is analyzed through process test,and measures to improve the blended yarn quality are discussed.
