节能环保结合市场机制的水火发电协调优化
Optimization of hydrothermal powers coordination
【摘要】 在国家节能环保的政策下,水火发电计划如何与市场机制有机结合,是值得研究的问题。为了综合协调各方面的因素,本文提出了一个市场环境下水火电协调的日交易计划多目标模型。模型兼顾了电力市场交易的竞价公平性与环境保护之间的协调,以火电购电费用最低,火电污染气体排放最小和水电发电量最大为目标函数。一种基于多维粒子修正的改进PSO算法用于求解多目标模型。通过算例,验证了该方法的简单有效性。最后通过基于相对熵均衡性评价模型,对决策结果进行评价与选择。
【Abstract】 Under the national policy of energy saving and environment protection,how to work out a hydrothermal generation schedule for a power plant adapted to the market mechanism is an issue worthy of further study. This paper proposes a daily transaction multi-objective model to optimize the coordination of hydro-thermal powers under market mechanism with considerations of impartially price-bidding and environment protection. This model minimizes the two objective functions,thermal power purchase cost and thermal power pollution emission,and maximizes the hydro power generation,with an improved PSO method of multi-dimension particle correction. Results show this method effective and feasible.
