【Abstract】 This paper proposes a conceptual model of information integrated management for hydropower EPC projects based on an study of information management in EPC pattern,presents the solutions on project targets integration,integrated control on investment and schedule based on RWBS,project organization integration,project management software integration and heterogeneous application systems integration,and develops a platform by using J2EE as an improved management tool of EPC contractors.更多还原
