不同栽培基质对翅果油树种子萌发的影响及不同种质幼苗生长发育的表型研究
Effect of Two Different Media on Seed Germination of Elaeagnus Mollis and the Phenotypes Performance of Two Germplasme Seedlings in Growth and Development
【摘要】 本文用蛭石及蛭石与营养土1∶1混合的两种基质对低温储存二年的翅果油树坚果去除坚硬中果皮后的种子,进行了萌发和幼苗生长发育的研究.结果表明:在蛭石基质中萌发率为28.3%,成苗率13.3%,显著高于后一基质中的萌发率和成苗率(5.0%;3.3%).两个资源种质幼苗的表型存在差异,种质1果实中等大小(0.46±0.06 g),中果皮表面有浅棕色条形花纹、子叶小而薄呈长卵型、子叶叶柄和下胚轴均长、第一、二真叶对生、叶面积小;种质2大果(0.66±0.07 g),果皮上有深棕色条形花纹、子叶大而肥厚呈长方形、叶柄、下胚轴均短、第一、二真叶互生叶面积大.坚果大小、果形与叶片大小、叶形之间存在相关性,为翅果油树其他种质资源品种的鉴定提供了依据.
【Abstract】 In this study,the nut fruits dehulled epicarps reserved for two years under-20 °C were used to identify seed germination rates of two wild species and observe their seedling growth and development performance using two culture media such as vermiculite and vermiculite mixed with nutrition soil at 1∶ 1.The result showed that the germination rate of seeds and plantlet rate cultured in vermiculite medium were higher than in mixed medium,the former were 28.3% and 13.3% and the late were 5.0 % and 3.3%.Growth performances of two wild species seedlings exhibited differently,the species one had a middle sizes nut fruit,and there are light brown flower bars on their mesocarp surfaces,which germinated seedlings had a pair of small and thin cotyledons with long ovate in shape.Both cotyledon petiole and hypocotyls were longer than that of species two,a pair of small base leaves located in opposite site.Whereas the other species had a big nut fruit and there are dark brown flower bars on their surface,which seedlings hade a pair of big and thick cotyledons with a long-square in shape.Cotyledon petioles were extremely shorter and hypocotyls were accordingly shorter too,two big basal leaves arranged alternately.Fruit sizes,shapes correlated with leaves sizes and shapes,this result supplied a model for further identification of other species of Elaeagnus mollis.
