EGFR、p16ink4a在宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达及与高危型HPV负荷量的关系
Expressions of EGFR and p16ink4a in CIN Lesions and Their Relations with High-risk Human Papilloma Virus
【摘要】 目的:研究表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、基因p16ink4a在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)中的表达,并进一步探讨其表达与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)负荷量的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法,检测8例CINⅠ、12例CINⅡ、41例CINⅢ组织中EGFR、p16ink4a的表达,用等级相关方法分析EGFR、p16ink4a表达水平与CIN等级之间的相关性,并分析高危型HPV负荷量与CIN等级及EGFR、p16ink4a表达的关系。结果:随着宫颈病变程度的加重,p16ink4a表达逐渐增强,二者之间成等级正相关关系(r=0.457,P<0.01);EGFR表达与CIN等级之间无相关性(r=-0.173,P>0.05)。高危型HPV负荷量与CIN等级及p16ink4a表达水平之间呈等级正相关关系(r=0.288,P<0.05;r=0.336,P<0.01),与EGFR表达水平之间无等级相关性(r=0.013,P>0.05)。结论:p16ink4a表达增强及高危型HPV负荷量的增加与宫颈病变的进展有一定关系。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and p16ink4a in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) lesions,and to analyze the correlations between these two factors and high-risk human papilloma viral(HPV) loading.Methods:The expressions of EGFR and p16ink4a were measured by immunhistochemical staining in 8 samples with CINⅠ,12 CINⅡ and 41 CIN Ⅲ.The relationship between the expressions of these markers and CIN grades was analyzed using Spearman Correlation.In addition,the correlations between high-risk HPV loading and the expressions of EGFR and p16ink4a were analyzed by Spearman Correlation.Results:The expression of p16ink4a was increased along with CIN grades became higher,there was positive correlation(r=0.457,P<0.01),while there was no correlation between the expression of EGFR and CIN grades(r=-0.173,P>0.05).The high-risk HPV loading was positively correlated with CIN grades and expression of p16ink4a(r=0.288,P<0.05;r=0.336,P<0.01),still there was no correlation between the HPV loading and the expression of EGFR(r=0.013,P>0.05).Conclusions:The increase of high-risk HPV loading and the strengthened expression of p16ink4a may involve into the progression of cervical precancerous lesions.
