【摘要】 目的观察康复新湿敷联合局部氧疗辅助治疗慢性创面的临床疗效。方法将同期收治的78例慢性创面患者随机分为A、B、C、D四组,均予常规清创及对症支持治疗,在此基础上B组予康复新湿敷,C组予局部氧疗,D组同时行康复新湿敷+局部氧疗,疗程均为4周。观察四组创面愈合时间、创面愈合百分率及治疗有效率。结果与A组比较,D组创面愈合时间显著缩短,愈合百分率及总有效率显著升高(P均<0.05);与B、C组比较,D组各项指标亦存在上述变化,但无显著差异。结论康复新湿敷联合创面局部氧疗能促进慢性创面愈合,且方法简便、不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin wet packing and topical oxygen therapy on clinical chronic wounds. Methods Seventy-eight patients with clinical chronic wounds were divided into A,B,C,D groups randomly,all cases were treated with routine debridement and heteropathy,after that group B was treated with Kangfuxin wet packing, group C was treated with topical oxygen therapy,group D were treated with both Kangfuxin wet packing and topical oxygen therapy . One course of treatment was 4 weeks. The wound healing time,the wound healing rate and the therapic effective rate were observed. Results Compared with group A,the wound healing time in group D shortened,the wound healing rate and therapic effective rate increased significantly ( P < 0. 05) ; Compared with group B,C,the same changes were found in group D ,but with no significant difference. Conclusions Kangfuxin wet packing and topical oxygen therapy can promote the healing of clinical chronic wound,furthermore,it is simple and has few severe systemic complication.更多还原
