【摘要】 目的评价用异硫蓝(Isosu lfan)示踪行乳腺癌前哨淋巴结(SLN)活检术(SLNB)的可行性。方法98例乳腺癌患者,术前在肿瘤周围4个位置分别注入Isosu lfan于乳腺组织内。腋下切口,寻找并切取蓝染淋巴结,分别行冰冻切片和石蜡切片病理检查。结果96例发现蓝染淋巴结(98%),共检出SLN 209枚。腋窝淋巴结转移39例,其中SLN石蜡切片阳性者38例、冰冻切片阳性37例,有1例为非SLN。SLNB预测腋窝淋巴结(ALN)转移的准确性为97.9%。SLNB的冰冻检查灵敏度为94.9%(37/39)、石蜡切片为97.4%(38/39),准确率为97.9%(94/96),假阴性率为2.6%(1/39)。结论Isosu lfan作为乳腺癌SLNB的示踪剂安全可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of Isosulfan as an indicator in sentinel lymph node(SLN) biopsy in breast cancer.Methods Isosulfan was injected into breast tissue around cancer lump preoperational in 98 cases with breast cancer.A small cut was made under axillaries and blue-dyed lymph nodes were dissected.All nodes were checked both with frozen specimen and regular pathological specimen.Results Blue-dyed lymph node were found in 96 cases.209 nodes were found.39 cases of axillary lymph node(ALN) metastases were found,inculded 38 cases defined with SLN with regular check and 37 defined with frozen check,1 case was false negative.The accurate rate of SLNB for predicting ALN metastasis was 97.9%.The sensitivity rate for ice technique was 94.9%and that for parafin section was 97.4%,the false negative rate was 2.6%.Conclusions Isosulfan is an effective indicator and it is safe in sentinel mapping procedure in breast cancer.更多还原
