张钢棒材三切分轧制过程数值模拟及试验研究

【摘要】 采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对φ14mm热轧带肋钢筋的三切轧制过程进行了模拟。研究表明,三切分轧制轧件变形很不均匀;预切分轧制时轧制力与现场实测值偏差6.06%,延伸系数偏差3.09%,宽展偏差11.62%;切分轧制时轧制力与现场实测值偏差9.68%,延伸系数偏差2.12%,宽展偏差12.82%。

【Abstract】 The finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was applied to simulate metal deformation in three-slitting rolling pass system of the continuous rolling φ 14 mm steel bars.The results indicated that the metal deformation of three-slitting rolling was very inhomogeneous;The deviation of roll force from measured value in pre-slitting pass was 6.06%,the deviation of elongation coefficient was 3.09% and the spread deviation was 11.62%;The deviation of roll force from measured value in slitting pass was 9.68%,the deviation of elongation coefficient was 2.12% and the spread deviation was 12.82%.
