【摘要】 目的建立猪毛菜胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法采用UV法,以芦丁为对照品,以亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠显色,在波长510nm处测定吸光度,计算猪毛菜胶囊中总黄酮含量。结果芦丁在8.16~48.96μg.mL-1范围内浓度与吸光度有着良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.15%,RSD值为1.35%。结论本测定方法简便、可行、易于操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining total flavonoids content in Salsola Collina Capsule.METHODS The total flavonoids content was determined by UV with rutin as reference substance.Its absorbance was detected after coloration by NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH at the wavelength of 510nm to calculate the total flavonoids content.RESULTS The rutin had a good linear relationship with absorbance within 8.16～48.96μg·mL-1.The average recovery was 99.15% and the RSD was 1.35%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,feasible and facile.更多还原
