【摘要】 目的观察康瑞保凝胶预防及治疗增生性瘢痕疙瘩的疗效及安全性。方法随机抽取39例病例,其中男性16例,女性23例,年龄为12~62岁。观察总有效率及不良反应。结果39例增生性瘢痕疙瘩使用康瑞保凝胶每日1次,连续6个月。结果显效率74.36%,有效率20.51%.总有效率94.87%。此药无明显不良反应。结论康瑞保凝胶预防及治疗增生性瘢痕疙瘩疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effectiveness and safety of contratubex gel for prevention and treatment of proliferative keloid.METHODS 39 cases were randomly sampled,male 16 and female 23,aged from 12 to 62 years.They were given contratubex once a day for 6 months.The colletive effectiveness rate and adverse effects were observed.RESULTS The effectiveness rate was 74.36%,the effective rate was 20.51% and the conllective effective rate was 94.87%.No adverse effects were observed.CONCLUSION Contratubex was significantly effective to prevent and treat proliferative keloid.更多还原
