矿山泥石流特点及其防灾减灾对策

【摘要】 矿山泥石流的形成机理、演化过程与自然泥石流存在着差异。有关矿山泥石流的系统研究尚处于初始阶段,研究成果较少。研究总结矿山泥石流的形成条件、致灾特点,对于矿山泥石流的防灾减灾具有重要的科学研究意义和实际应用价值。矿山泥石流是矿山最常见、危害最严重的地质灾害类型之一。矿产资源开发活动过程中不合理排放的废石渣是矿山泥石流形成的主要固体物源。废石型泥石流、尾矿型泥石流是矿山最主要的泥石流类型。矿山泥石流具有人为性、频发性、污染性可控性等特点。开展矿山泥石流隐患沟调查评价,研究矿山泥石流形成机理,落实新建矿山"灾评"及"方案"编制制度,实施废渣的减量化生产与资源化利用,选好固体废渣物堆排场所,做好拦渣护挡措施等矿山泥石流综合治理等措施,可以避免泥石流的发生与危害。

【Abstract】 The formation mechanism and evolutionary process of mine debris flows differ from normal ones.The system research of mine debris flow is at its infancy,with few achievements.The research has summarized the forming condition and characteristics of mine debris flows,with great scientific significance to disaster prevention and reduction.Mine debris flow is a kind of most frequent and dangerous geo-hazards.The main solid resources come from waste rocks,discharged and stacked in a disorderly way in the progress of mining activities.Mullock-debris flow and tailing-debris flow are the main types in mine areas,and are tend to cause heavy casualty.Mine debris flow is with the characteristics of artificiality,frequency,pollution and controllability.With investigation and evaluation on risk gullies of debris flows,study on its formation mechanism,fulfill the systems of hazard assessment and control plan of new mines and implement waste minimization and utilization can be more realizable.Choosing suitable location to stack solid wastes and taking comprehensive controlling measures such as building debris retaining dam,can lead to avoid occurrence and harmfulness.
