【Abstract】 According to South Australia Curriculum,Standards and Accountability Framework: English as Second Language,learners of English are concerned with successfully understanding and producing a range of texts using the full potential of the language across diverse situational and socio-cultural contexts.Accordingly,English teaching is organized through two strands: text in context and language.Teaching text in context refers to the analysis of the text’s socio-cultural context and its situational context.The language strand outlines the choices available in the English language system to express what is described in the text in context,matching the four components: genre,field,tenor and mode.更多还原
