枫香脂挥发性成分HS和SPME进样方式的GC-MS分析

【摘要】 采用固相微萃取(SPME),顶空(HS)进样和GC-MS(气相色谱-质谱)联用技术对枫香脂中的挥发性化学成分进行了对比分析,优选了枫香脂挥发性成分的萃取方法和分析条件(萃取头极性,膜的厚度和进样方法).结果表明:利用固相微萃取(100μm PDMS/DVB萃取头)萃取后比顶空直接进样得到的色谱峰多,两种检测方法分别检出30和21种化合物.比较发现这两种进样方法进样不仅检测出枫香脂的挥发性物质化学成分不同,而且其相同成分的含量也有差异,其中长叶烯和β-石竹烯在两种进样方法中的含量分别为59.07%,12.05%和53%,9.48%.

【Abstract】 olid phase micro-extraction,headspace sampling techniques and GC-MS(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry) technology in conjunction with Resina Liquidamberis in the volatile chemical components were analyzed,the preferred Resina Liquidamberis volatile components of extraction methods And analysis of the conditions(the polarity of the fiber coating,membrane thickness and sampling method).The results show that: the use of solid-phase micro-extraction(100 μm PDMS/DVB in the first extraction) over the HS after the extraction,two methods of testing compounds were detected in 30,21.Comparing the two is not only found in sample injection method detected Resina Liquidamberis the volatile chemical components,and its components in the same content are also differences,such as long-leaf and β-caryophyllene in the two sampling methods of content Were 59.07%,12.05% and 53%,9.48%
