微循环管径、流速自动化动态测量技术的研究进展
Progresses of Automated Measurement Technologies on Diameter and Velocity of Microcirculation
【摘要】 面向视频(或图像序列)的微循环特征指标自动化测量技术在微循环研究后期数据的快速提取、处理和分析过程中起到至关重要的作用。作为传统手工逐帧标记测量法的替代方案,自动化测量不仅具有高速、实时的特点,同时可以提取出一些手工方法无法测得的指标。我们主要阐述最近十年以微循环视频为对象的微血管管径和血液流速自动化测量技术的研究进展和所面临的主要难点,指出已有和潜在的解决方略,为本领域内的科研工作者提供参考。
【Abstract】 Automated measurement technologies on videos or digital image sequences fulfilling an extremely critical role in data acquisition,processing and analysis of microcirculation investigation.As high-speed alternatives of conventional manual measurement,automated technologies can be competent for mass data processing while the former cannot.This review introduces the progresses of video-oriented automated measurement technologies in the recent ten years,mainly focus on the common obstacles and also point out some presented and potential solutions for investigators.
