【摘要】 通过对金盏菊总皂苷的实验室提取工艺及其抗氧化、降血脂作用研究,结果表明:金盏菊总皂苷较为理想的实验室提取工艺为:提取温度75℃,提取时间55 min,乙醇浓度75%,料液比1∶35。在此条件下,总皂苷的提取率为2.01%,总固物中总皂苷含量达到35.4%。金盏菊总皂苷对O2.、.OH皆表现出较好的清除效果,清除率分别达到47.29%和88.42%;小鼠血清中的TC、TG、LDL-C与模型组相比,均有一定程度的下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 The total saponins was extracted from Calendula officinalis L.,and its effects of anti-oxidation as well as hypolipidemic were carried out in the current work.The results showed that the optimal technical conditions were as following: extraction temperature 75℃,total extraction time 55minutes,proportion of ethanol 75%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶35,by which an extraction yield of 2.01% and a total saponins of solid yield of up to 35.4% could be obtained.The total saponins demonstrated a good removal efficiency to O2 and OH,and the removal rates were 47.29% and 88.42%,respectively.Furthermore,the total saponins might obviously reduce the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C of mice serum.更多还原
