活塞销孔凸点问题及原因分析
Emboss Phenomenon in the Piston Pin Hole and Analysis
【摘要】 本文主要对轿车活塞销孔在加工过程中产生凸点的原因进行分析,通过改进工艺及工装设计标准,从而达到解决销孔凸点问题的目的。
【Abstract】 This article analyzes the reasons on Emboss Phenomenon in the Pin Hole,which is left during the machining of car pistons.The optimized machining technology and tools is applied so the emboss phenomenon in pin holes are removed.
